Delivery updates

Due to the nature of our product, delivery times can be approximately 10 business days. Additional time may be required should you have placed a pre-order.

All pre-orders will be fulfilled by 10th May 2024.

Delivery information

• Delivery rates are confirmed at checkout based on your location 
• Delivery price has been reduced for 2024 at a fixed rate of $50 per stack in all regions (apart from Christchurch offering free delivery)
• Additional charges for out of zone areas apply and will be done on a case by case basis
• Delivery charges are displayed at the time of checkout based on your post code 
• Delivery must be to the address provided at checkout
• Delivery days range depending on region

Getting ready for delivery

• Drivers will call to arrange a delivery
• You do not have to be home for delivery but your permission is required to leave pallets without signature
• If you are not going to be home please mark an area for delivery
• Please ensure your driveway is clear on the day of delivery and pets are secured

How we deliver

In Wellington, our friendly local delivery driver will deliver your stack using a small flat deck truck and mini fork-lift. In Hawkes Bay and Christchurch we deliver via pallet jack and need a flat accessible area to place your stack. In Bay of Plenty, we have the capacity to deliver either by pallet jack or all-terrain fox lift depending on access requirements. If access permits all deliveries can be placed directly into your garage or shed!

Bay of Plenty, Hawkes Bay, Wellington & Christchurch.

We are currently no longer delivering in Auckland & Waikato for the 2024 firewood season. 

We offer select suburbs in each region. If your address is unavailable - it is outside of our current delivery zone. Please get in touch and we will be able to give you a custom rate for delivery at sales@firestack.co.nz.
